The focus of this workshop is to acquire the skills to heal yourself and others. Energetically spring clean your energy, remove limiting beliefs and replace the limiting beliefs with the beliefs that support your goals and your life, and enabling you to step back into your power.

The workshop covers – what is spiritual healing, why is it effective, a demonstration and explanation of how to do a spiritual healing. 

Everyone will work in pairs at a healing table alternatively giving and receiving a healing.

Each person will receive a spiritually energetically charged healing remedy specifically made for them. 

You create your world based on the beliefs you hold about yourself, do your beliefs serve you or limit you?

Posture, balance and walking are three things we are highly configured to and they are fundamentally governed by our eyes and our feet.

Optimizing sensory input to the nervous system by way of improving eye convergence and foot function needs to be an integral component to any restorative and fall prevention program.

For 30 years I have helped people restore their posture, confidence and natural ways of moving for work, sport, play and every day. If you are suffering from pain there is much to gain by attending this workshop.
